Reservation Request Policies

Confirmation and Payment Request

A Reservation could not be considered as CONFIRMED UNTIL a confirmation code has been sent to the customer upon availability verification and its corresponding Payment been received by Hotel Hacienda Tijax.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site. This Privacy Policy covers two types of information gathered at the Site, personal and aggregated. All information gathered and stored at the Site will be securely protected to prevent the spread of your “Personal Information” and will be used for the sole purpose of accomplishing the services requested by our clients. The term "personal information" refers to data you voluntarily provide in connection with use of the Site that identifies you. Personal information includes, e.g., data submitted in connection with our reservation system, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, physical address and/or certain other personal information. The term "aggregated data" refers to general information regarding visitors and users of the Site that relates to use of the Site, e.g., traffic patterns, number of visits to certain pages, visits from other web sites or to third-party web sites linked to the Site, use of particular services and interest in services, information or features of the Site or other parties made available through or found at the Site.

Security Policy

We want our visitors to feel safe about using our Site to plan and purchase their accommodations, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. All personal information you provide is encrypted and secure. If you decide to make an online reservation at the Site, you will be linked to a reservation interface. We understand that security remains the primary concern of online consumers and have developed a secure Booking Engine which complies with international Internet security standards, and: 1) Has an Identity Certificate issued by a certification company. 2) Operates through an encrypted SSL session (Secure Socket Layer), which protects against disclosure to third parties by an identity identification and 128 bit encryption of all data sent or received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please notify Hotel Hacienda Tijax immediately of any changes or cancellations. All Refunds are subject to a 5% administrative penalty and/or other penalties applicable according to these policies.

LOW SEASON
- February, March, April (Except two weeks Easter Week), May, June, September and October -

Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time two days prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night's stay on weeknights and a two night minimum stay on weekends. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation.

HIGH SEASON (November - April) - January, July, August, November and December)

During High Season Reservations not canceled by 5 p.m. local time ten weeksdays prior to scheduled arrival date will be subject to charges for one night's stay on weeknights and a two night minimum stay on weekends. An invalid credit card will cancel your reservation. PEAK SEASON (Christmas Week, New Year’s Week and Easter Week) Reservations for Peak Season will not be subject to cancellation unless the hotel is notified with one month of anticipacion.

REFUNDS AND CASH BACKS

Local Taxes, Credit Card or Wire Transfer fees, and any other Banking charges already applied to your transaction, plus corresponding penalties or 5% a charge for administrative expenses, will be deducted from your corresponding refund, depending on your payment method and reservation policies.
